Customized Client Portal
As an Elevated Couple, you’ll have access to your own music planning portal, where you can curate the perfect soundtrack. From ceremony songs to must-plays and even a “do-not-play” list, every detail is at your fingertips. You’ll even get a guest request link, so your friends and family can join in on the fun before the big day!

Our DJs are experts at blending genres, transitioning through decades, and reading the room to keep the dance floor packed. We handle all announcements, keep the night flowing smoothly, and most importantly— we hype up the party so you can dance the night away without a care.

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our DJs specialize in weddings and are fully committed to making your day flawless. Unlike part-time DJs, we focus on weddings every weekend, so we know the ins and outs of timelines, pacing, and expectations. We also collaborate with your planner, venue manager, or day-of coordinator to make sure everything aligns perfectly and we’re there when we’re needed most.

LEVEL 1 PACKAGE - $1,300

Small Venues 50-100 guests

3 hours of reception time (Extra hours at $200/hr)

- 2 - 12” Black PA Speakers

- 1 -  Wired Microphone

- 4 - Mini Wireless Uplights, ambient and party modes

- Basic Dance Floor Lighting

LEVEL 2 PACKAGE - $1,550

Medium Venues 100-200 guests

3 hours of reception time (Extra hours at $250/hr)

- 2 - EV Evolve50 White Tower Speakers

- 2 - Subwoofers for Elevated sound

- 1 - Wireless Microphone

- 8 - Wireless Uplights, ambient and party modes

-Elevated Dance Floor Lighting

- 2 Standalone Tube Lights

- 2 Color Changing Lights

- 2 Beam Style Lights

- Laser Lights

LEVEL 3 PACKAGE - $1,800

Large Venues 200-300+ guests

3 hours of reception time (Extra hours at $300/hr)

Includes:

- 2 - EV Evolve50 White Tower Speakers

- 2 - Subwoofers for Elevated sound

- 1 - Wireless Microphone

- 10 - Wireless Uplights, ambient and party modes

- Elevated Dance Floor Lighting (listed above)

-PLUS: 2 more standalone Tube Lights (4 total), and an extra 4 Light Bar/wash

 

CEREMONY SOUND - $300

1 hour of ceremony time

Music for pre-ceremony, processional & recessional

1 - 12” Speaker

Lavalier microphone for officiant

(Additional handheld microphones are available for $75 to help amplify live music, vows, or special ceremonies)

*Price is for ceremonies at the same venue, within walking distance from reception*

Lighting:

- Elevated Party Light Package - $200

- 4 Standalone tube lights

- Custom Monogram, Logo, or Pattern lighting (GOBO) - $200

- Projector for Slideshow/Photos - $200

- Mini Wireless Uplights - $20/each

- Full Sized Wireless Uplights - $25/each

Audio/ Visual:

- Wireless/Remote Speaker for 2nd or large room - fills quiet areas for announcements and music to be heard - $75/ each

-Extra Wireless Microphone - $50/each

Fees:

If you are having a change over/“Flip” between ceremony & reception in the same room, this is a $100 fee (if we are able to stay in the same spot for both there is no fee)

Any venue outside of a 40 mile radius from our “headquarters” in Calera will have a .90 cent/per mile travel fee  

20% Non-Refundable Deposit and Signed Contract due within 14 days of booking to secure date

Obligations:

-Absolutely NO services are to be held outdoors between June-August, or when temperatures are over 85 degrees, or under 50 degrees.

-The DJ and/or Photobooth must be provided a even, flat surface, no gravel or dirt, 10ftx10ft in size for each, within 10-15ft of a dedicated power source.
